Phase 3, Day 18, Round 4 - Weight Gain On a Raw Food Diet

HCG and Raw Food Diet - Day 39
I am now 39 days into the raw food diet and a new set of detox symptoms have
come up. Not only am I still fatigued but I am now also experiencing
excruciating lower back pains. They were so bad that I spent most of yesterday
lying on the floor. To make things worse, I have been steadily gaining weight
over the last 4 days!! (2.5 pounds) How on Earth is this possible!? How could
I be gaining weight by eating only fresh, organic, raw fruits and vegetables,
nuts and seeds? Something is definitely not adding up. You cannot gain weight
from eating organic raw food! I went online and started searching for
the answers and, much to my relief, discovered why this was happening.
Because I am eating 100% raw food, doing all the cleanses, zapping parasites,
and taking supplements, my body is releasing trapped toxins at a rapid rate
and they are getting backed up between the colon and the liver. This is
referred to as "intestinal
toxemia" and is the reason for my lower back pain.
Intestinal toxemia may also manifest the following symptoms:
- Fatigue
- Nervousness
- Gastro-intestinal discomfort
- Recurrent infections
- Skin eruptions
- Hormonal disturbances
- Headaches
- Arthritis
- Sciatica
- Allergies
- Asthma
- Eye, ear, nose and throat disorders
- Cardiac irregularities
- Pathological changes in the breasts
This condition also contributes to weight gain and eating sufficient fiber and
using an enema is crucial in helping flush out the toxins from your body. If waste is
not disposed of, it gets converted to fat.
The Gerson Institute recommends
using an enema up to 3 times a day, for at least 15 minutes each time (after
the fluid has been injected) to help dispose of all the toxic waste. I have
only been using an enema once every morning and obviously this wasn't doing a
good enough job so I increased it to 3 times yesterday. It worked beautifully
because instead of weighing in to discover that I had gained more weight, I
had lost 1.5 pounds! Enemas are nothing new by the way and have been around
since ancient Egyptian times. According to Egyptian hieroglyphics, they learnt
this technique from a bird called an Ibis. This bird used its long beak to
stick water into its pooper to wash itself out.

Who would of thought that raw food could taste this good? Not me, that's for
sure. I know a lot of people have the mistaken notion that eating raw is only
about nibbling on carrot sticks and lettuce leaves (i.e. "rabbit food"). Bzzz,
wrong. We have been brainwashed into thinking that raw food vegans are nothing
more than long-haired, animal-loving, pot-smoking hippies that sit around and smoke
pot, get the munchies and chew on granola while singing Kumbaya. Of course there
are lots of "raw fu" people out there who live up to this stereotype but, trust
me, I'm not one of them and you don't have to be either. If you are interested
in regaining your health, switching to a raw food lifestyle is the best decision
you could ever make in your life! Not only will you never get sick again, you
will also lose a ton of weight in the process!
Eating raw food is not boring.
As
Matt Monarch stated in one
of his videos, any cooked dish can be duplicated and made into a raw version
which by the way, tastes a lot better too! That includes, lasagna, pasta, bread,
crackers, cookies, pies, and other desserts. There are so many different things
you can make using raw food and the good thing is you can say goodbye to
scrubbing those dirty pots and pans. Raw food is an exciting and super-healthy
way to eat. I just wish I knew all of this information years ago. It sure
would've saved me from going through the health problems that I did including gaining
100lbs!

I'm currently on Phase 3 and lost another 1/2 pound today. I know a lot of
people who are having trouble maintaining their weight or are even gaining
weight on Phase 3. The main reason for this is because they are either still
eating foods that contain chemicals and/or they haven't completed all the
recommended cleanses. People are fat because they are toxic. If you get rid of
the toxic chemicals in your body and eat a clean, vegan raw food diet, there is
no way you will ever get sick or fat again. The solution is simple!
You'll find that when making raw food recipes you don't have to worry about
being super-accurate with measurements as you can't really screw up a raw food
recipe like a traditional cooked recipe where measurements have be spot on.
Everybody's tastes differ and there is more room for experimentation with raw so
don't be scared to tweak the recipe until you feel it is right. I never follow a raw recipe exactly as it's
written and always add/subtract ingredients according to my taste. The end
product always tastes good!

Phase 3, Day 6, Round 4 - The Worst Day Ever

I thought my fatigue and hunger had finally died down but nope, today it came
back with a vengeance.
The day started with me weighing in and discovering that I had put on 2
pounds. Great. This has been the worst day ever since I started
eating raw food. The symptoms were so bad that I actually thought of eating
cooked food just to get rid of them. Of course I wasn't going to but I felt so
bad that the thought did cross my mind. The gym didn't happen today either as
I knew that if I went, I would of probably fallen asleep on the bike while
pedaling.
I zapped while sleeping last
night so I know that definitely had something to do with it. According to
Ken Adachi, sensitive individuals
should build up their zapping time slowly, by 1/2 hour each time, until they
stop experiencing "die-off symptoms". I love experimenting and being a guinea
pig for everybody, so I decided to just jump straight into it and start zapping for 8-10 hours
straight. "If you are in relatively good
health, you won't get much of a die-off reaction", says Ken. Obviously I'm not
the picture of perfect health because the die-off symptoms kicked my ass
today. I woke up extremely tired and hungry so I headed to the kitchen first
thing in the morning to eat. Here's today's Die-Off Symptoms menu:
1/2 cup cashews
8 slices of dried mango
4 heaped tablespoons of raw cacao nibs with honey
1 apple
1 green smoothie (made with banana, mango, orange, wheatgrass, kale, lettuce,
spinach, chard, flaxseed - I really had to squash all of those ingredients
into the blender to get the lid on)
Salsa (tomato, onion, hot peppers, garlic, cilantro, green onion, 1 tablespoon
of coconut oil)
2 massive plates of zucchini pasta topped with raw marinara sauce (tomatoes,
red peppers, sundried tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, fresh basil, and garlic
salt)
Lots of water
If you saw my stomach now you'd think that I was just about to go into labor.
Thank you parasites, you've done a fantastic job. I'm not panicking over my
weight gain yet because I sort of expected this to happen. I guess that this
is the parasite's way of getting their "revenge" on me for flooding my body
with nourishing, alkalizing foods. They know their time is running out so
they're doing whatever they can to stop me from getting healthy.
Yeah, so anyway, I will continue to monitor my weight each day and see if I
continue to gain. If so, it's time for my next plan ....

Phase 3, Day 5, Round 4 - Bodybuilding on a Raw Food Diet

HCG and Raw Food Diet - Day 26
The last three days have been really weird. I was super-tired and hungry for the
first two days but yesterday the hunger died down and instead, I experienced
really sharp pains in my stomach and was bed-ridden for most of the day. I don't
know how to explain the pain but it felt similar to an intensified period pain.
I have been sleeping with the Terminator Zapper the last couple of nights as
well. There is one important point that I would like to make here about zapping
while sleeping. Do not make the same mistake I did and place the
zapper in your waistband! I totally forgot about what the instructions said
about this and to my horror, woke up with burns all over my stomach! Not very
smart. I'm surprised that I didn't feel myself burning while sleeping. So, last
night I strapped the zapper to the sole of my foot and wore a sock over it to
keep it in place. "The skin cells on the sole of the feet and the palms of the
hand are of a special nature that will not react to electrolysis, however these
are the only two locations that you should consider for
all-night zapping." Lesson learned.
I can't believe I have been raw for nearly one month now. Time has just flown.
All my cooked food cravings have gone and I have absolutely no desire to go back
to eating cooked food. Eating raw food makes you feel alive - that's because it
is alive! Now I completely understand why I felt the way I did back when I ate
dead food. There are no nutrients or energy in dead food and that's because it's exactly that, dead. How would you rather feel? Like
David Wolfe says, "You are what you eat."
I work 7 days a week and the majority of my day is spent sitting on my ass. I
thought that it might be a good idea to incorporate a bit of exercise in my
daily schedule so both Steve and I hit the gym today. This is
the first time we will be training while eating a raw food diet. We've
been reading about bodybuilding on a raw food diet by Stephen Arlin and were
surprised to discover that muscles built on raw food nutrition last much
longer because they are built naturally. It all makes perfect sense. Think
about it .... all the largest and strongest animals on Earth are 100% raw plant
eaters! When's the last time you saw a gorilla barbequing a steak, eating egg
whites or drinking a glass of milk? According to Arlin, "A gorilla has the
strength equivalent to bench-pressing 4,000 pounds." Wow. Read the

HCG and Raw Food Diet - Day 23
Yesterday I woke
up and, I don’t know what got into me but, I felt like I had been possessed by a
wild beast (gorilla maybe?). I was extremely ravenous so I went into the kitchen
and stuffed my face with nuts and slices of dried mango. So much for extending
the HCG protocol to 50 or 60 days! I guess it was time to quit so I placed the
HCG in the freezer for the next time around. It was another weird day for me.
Going through raw food detox symptoms is quite the experience. Your body will
going through drastic changes while healing itself so get ready to experience
some really crazy stuff. I was stuffing my face all day with anything raw I
could find. I ate handfuls of nuts, dried fruit, apples, green smoothies and for
dinner I made
Spicy Thai Cabbage. Salad has never filled me up but this is
something totally different. It was so good that I went back for seconds! I felt
super-full by the end of the day but I did not feel sick. Eating raw food is an
exhilarating feeling and is so different to the cooked, dead food that I used to
eat. On top of feeling hungry all day, I was also extremely tired both yesterday
and today and took a nap for several hours. The raw food, cleanses, oregano and
olive leaf oil that I am taking to detox must be seriously kicking the
parasite’s asses! This is another normal thing you will experience while
detoxing. The parasites will cause you to get hungry and tired but this will
eventually pass. Detoxing takes time and things will naturally get worse before
they get better. Persevere until the end and you will be rewarded.
I didn’t even
bother counting the calories of all the food that I ate yesterday as I knew they
would easily total over 2,000. Why dwell on numbers and stress myself out
unnecessarily? Remember, calories do not count anyway and it’s the quality of
the food that you eat that is of primary importance. I wouldn’t of had anything
to worry about even if I did count my calories because when I weighed myself
this morning I weighed in the same as yesterday. Again, proof that calories
don’t count!
You're going to
love going raw! It makes you feel soooo good! I haven't felt this good in I
don't know how long, if ever! Switching to a raw food lifestyle is a totally new
experience and once you get used to it you will never go back to being
"medicated with cooked food". I just wish everybody would give it a chance so
they could see for themselves.
I found the
charger for my
terminator mini-zapper
yesterday (originally invented and manufactured by Don Croft)
so I started using that again. The zapper I have has 99.9% pure silver
discs placed on top of the copper penny electrodes which eliminate skin
irritation and itching caused by the original terminator zapper. This thing
sends a 9 volt electrical current through your body and is an excellent tool
designed to break up and remove toxins from your body including all those nasty
little parasites. I’m very electro-sensitive (i.e. sensitive to electromagnetic
fields and radiation) and experience sharp pains in my head and sickness

road and throw up!
One weird thing I
noticed whilst zapping today was that I started tasting cooked foods in my mouth
that I had previously eaten. This just goes to show that the stored toxins in my
body are being released, and in my case, through tastes in my mouth. Zapping
does work!
I also always wear EMF

to neutralize electromagnetic frequencies otherwise it will be impossible for me
to sit in front of a computer and do my work. I bought mine from

especially if you suffer from migraines and sickness caused by electromagnetic

HCG and Raw Food Diet - Day 20
My raw food dextox symptoms seem to have subsided for now. For the past 5 days
or so I have been feeling extremely tired, depressed, and really weak. On top of
that, I have lost a total of 3 pounds in the last 3 days. This is major
considering I'm at day 36 of the protocol and my weight loss during other cycles
has been around 0.2lbs to non-existent at this point. I weighed myself this
morning and was surprised that I had gained 1 pound. I thought that this was
weird and looked back to what I ate yesterday:
2 green smoothies (my order from Raw Guru came in so I added an extra fruit -
goji berries)
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup pecans
1 apple
1 tablespoon avocado (I stole some avocado while Steve was making guacamole)
1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs with agave syrup
I'm guessing that maybe the one pound gain was due to eating the raw cacao nibs
with agave syrup or probably even the extra pecans. I wouldn't of eaten the
cacao nibs otherwise but like I said, my Raw Guru order came in and I just had
to try it. Today I will be only having 2 green smoothies, 1/2 cup cashews and 1
apple so I'll see what difference that makes with my weight tomorrow.
This whole HCG round has been one big experiment to see what raw foods I could
incorporate into the protocol so others that wish to "go raw" can follow it (not
everybody likes eating meat). The information I discovered recently on the high
amount of carcinogens found in meat and other cooked foods was so shocking that
I will never be tempted to go back to eating cooked food again. Information on
the benefits of eating a raw food diet is spreading at an increasingly rapid
rate and soon, people from all around the world are going to start cutting out
these foods from their diet. The lies fed to us by the food industry, meat and
dairy industry along with the medical and pharmaceutical industries are now
being uncovered and people are starting to take a stand and realizing that they
are the only ones who can take charge of their own health. Don't listen to what
your doctor tells you. He's just in it for the money and couldn't give a damn
about your health.
It hasn't even been three weeks and the "side effects" of eating a raw food diet
are far better than I ever expected:
1. I have stopped experiencing pelvic pains due to my PCOS. This is a point
worth noting because I have been suffering with these pains on a daily basis for
the past 15 years! Yes, that's right, 15 years of pain has been cured with
only 20 days of eating raw food. This is not just about losing weight
everybody, this is about regaining your health.
2. My face feels so much smoother and tighter. The beauty marks/moles on the
sides of my face are beginning to disappear. I was looking in the mirror
yesterday and was feeling my face and was wondering whether or not I was
hallucinating. "There is no way", I said to myself. I couldn't believe that the
marks on my face were vanishing. I also had sunspots on my forehead from the
days when I didn't know any better and used to visit tanning salons on a regular
basis. These have totally disappeared too. And to think that at one point I was
considering having laser resurfacing done on my face to fix these! Plastic
surgery is the biggest cosmetic lie of the past decade and we can all thank
Hollywood and the media for that ...... NOT!
3. My head is less "fuzzy" and I am thinking a lot clearer. My anxiety levels
have dropped and I am no longer experiencing panic attacks. Remember, I was also
experiencing these on a daily basis.
Since I am not experiencing any hunger pains, I'm thinking about mixing up some
more HCG and extending the protocol to 50, or maybe even 60 days. "Immunity" (in
the form of hunger) has not set in yet and I only have another 4 days of
injections left. I will see how many more days I can stretch the protocol out
for and will, of course, keep you updated.

Phase 2, Day 30, Round 4 - Raw Food Detox Symptoms

HCG and Raw Food Diet - Day 14
Yesterday I was hit with the first of my raw food detox symptoms. For those of
you who don’t know anything about this, there are a few things you should look
out for if you decide to switch to a 100% raw diet. Your body will be now
getting more nourishment than it’s used to from eating raw food so be prepared
to experience some unpleasant symptoms while your body is healing itself. Your
body has all the toxins tucked away in its cells and when you eat raw food these
toxins are released. Yesterday I suddenly got really tired at around 4pm and
then passed out for a few hours. It felt like somebody had drugged me and I
found it hard to get back up again. Then later, when I went back to sleep, I
woke up a few times during the night with an anxiety attack and also experienced
some sharp pains in my head. These didn’t last long and I eventually went back
to sleep. I was also tired today but it wasn't as bad as yesterday.
Not everybody is going to experience these types of symptoms so don’t be afraid.
Detoxing takes time. The older you are, the more toxins you have stored in your
body. The way you have treated your body over the years also reflects the amount
of toxins you have in your body. Detox symptoms are only temporary and you just
have to remember that once these pass, you’ll be a lot healthier and happier.
Here are the most common detox symptoms experienced by others who have switched
to a raw food diet:
Cravings - You will most likely crave
the most toxic foods for your body. Everybody is different. It's similar to a
smoker trying to quit smoking or an alcoholic trying to stop drinking. That's
all your body wants both physically and mentally. It's the same with food!
Fatigue - When your body is fighting the
toxins, all your energy goes into healing. This can leave you feeling exhausted.
Irritability - This is mostly mental.
You're not hungry, but may be used to eating something out of boredom. This
causes stress and irritability.
Physical pains - These include aches and
pains, nausea, headaches, runny nose, gastrointestinal disturbances, and sleep
problems.
The best ways to deal with raw food detox symptoms is to:
Rest - When you're fatigued, the best
thing you can do for your body is to just rest and let it go through the healing
process.
Cleanse your colon - Colon cleansing can
be done several ways. The simplest method is to administer an enema on yourself.
Some more intense and time consuming methods would be colonic hydrotherapy or to
use some sort of colon cleansing product.
Drink water - Water helps to flush the
toxins out and keep the colon moving. It also helps to keep your belly feeling
full!
I pretty much jumped straight into 100% raw so my detox symptoms are probably
going to be worse than others. You have to also take into consideration that I'm
still doing a colon/parasite/enema cleanse and
a candida cleanse (ThreeLac and oregano/olive leaf oil) so all of these combined
are bound to cause me to experience some uncomfortable detox symptoms! I've also
stopped taking every other supplement except for the Eleotin tea. As Victoria
stated in her book, supplements are not real food and should be avoided. The
consumption of greens will do a much better job at providing all the nutrition
the body needs.

My weight hasn't budged in 2 days so I am now
looking into my diet to see what could be the cause of this. Yesterday I ate:
- 1 green smoothie which consisted of the following
ingredients:
- 1 1/2 leaves of kale (34 calories)
- 1/2 leaf collard greens (12 calories)
- wheatgrass (2.5 calories)
- spinach (2.5 calories)
- 1/2 large orange (41 calories)
- 1/2 large banana (60 calories)
- 3 dried apricots (50 calories)
Total calories = 202 calories
- 1 medium apple (72 calories)
- 3 slices dried mango (90 calories)
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (205 calories)
- 1 cup (3oz.) cashews (472 calories)
- 1 serving (1/4 recipe)
Raw Zucchini Pasta with Pesto Sauce
Ingredients included:
SAUCE:
- 2 cloves garlic (8 calories)
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil (480 calories)
- 1 cup pine nuts (640 calories)
- 3/4 cup fresh basil (5 calories)
- 1 bunch cilantro (1 calorie)
Sub-total calories = 1134 divided by 4 = 284
calories
PASTA:
- 1 zucchini (31 calories)
- Grand total = 315 calories
TOTAL CALORIES = 1,356
I admit I did get a little bit excited with the cashews so this might be the
food that is causing the problem. I will reduce the cashew serving to half a cup
today and see if that makes a difference. There is more pesto sauce leftover
from last night so I will be eating that for dinner again today and because I am
reducing the cashews to half, I will be substituting those with another green
smoothie (more greens, less nuts - my ratios could be slightly off). Another problem could be the raw zucchini pasta but I won't know until my
weigh-in tomorrow morning.

Phase 2, Day 28, Round 4 - Health Is Improving Dramatically

HCG and Raw Food Diet - Day 12
This is the 12th day on my raw food diet in
conjunction with HCG and I am noticing a big difference in the way I feel. That
T.O.M. (Time of the Month) has just ended for me so I only lost 1/2 a pound during this time which
is a miracle in itself. I looked back at my records from the past 3 cycles that
I have completed and every time that T.O.M. comes around I begin to get huge
food cravings and put on weight. This time I experienced neither food cravings
or weight gain but instead lost 1/2 a pound! Eating raw food curbs food cravings
and gets rid of other PMS symptoms, including weight gain. This is the first
time in my life that I have experienced this and it is due only to the fact that
I have made the transition to a raw food diet.
Besides the curbing of food cravings, I am also noticing that my skin is
beginning to clear up and is feeling smoother and tighter. Forget about the
botox and plastic surgery ladies, you don't need it. Save yourself a ton of
money by simply "going raw". I am also sleeping much better and not waking
up during the night. I used to experience anxiety/panic attacks on a daily basis
but after only 12 days on a raw food diet, those have completely disappeared
as well. You
don't need medication to cure you of your anxiety disorder or other health
problems, you just need to change the way you eat.
I didn't keep track of how many calories I ate today but I know I easily
bypassed the 1,500 mark. I made
raw zucchini pasta with pesto sauce for dinner tonight so I'll see how much
I weigh in tomorrow. Once you try this there is no possible way you would even
consider going back to cooked food. This raw food recipe is awesome!

Phase 2, Day
21, Round 4 - Lost 1 Pound By Eating 1,509 Calories!

HCG and Raw Food Diet - Day 5
Today I dropped another pound. Raw food in conjunction with the HCG protocol
is the answer to weight loss. I looked back at my records from previous HCG
cycles that I've done (I ate meat on the first two) and all of them show that at
around this point I'm usually only losing 0.2-0.5lbs per day. Never have I
dropped 1 pound 20 days or so into the protocol. Because I'm getting closer to
that T.O.M. I increased my calories yet again to triple of that suggested by Dr.
Simeons in the HCG protocol (500 calories). I'm always a lot more hungrier at
this time too so I thought I'd test this raw food thing out to see if it really
worked or if my increased weight loss was just due to "luck". My menu yesterday
consisted of:
- 2 large glasses of Raw Green Smoothie - made with kale, spinach, 1 orange, 1
banana + filtered water (259 calories)
- 3 large apples (330 calories)
- 1/2 cup (1.5oz) raw cashews (236 calories)
- 1 cup (3.5oz) raw pecans (684 calories)
TOTAL CALORIES = 1,509
You can argue with me until you're blue in the face but the truth will always remain the truth no matter how much in denial you
are. Raw food, and not meat and animal products, is the secret to weight loss on
the HCG protocol. Having problems losing or maintaining on the protocol? Cast
your doubts aside for just a few days, switch to eating raw, and see for
yourself. Actions speak louder than words.
Adding fat to the diet does not affect anything because it isn't saturated
animal fat. I think I really have made a startling discovery here! You can eat
way more calories on the HCG protocol than Dr. Simeons suggested BUT it has be
calories that come from raw plant foods and not meat and animal products. Even
if you are substituting cooked vegan food in place of the meat you will not get
the same weight loss results as you would by eating only raw food. Cooking food
does seem to slow down your rate of weight loss. Dr. Simeons got the HCG part

patients in conjunction with a raw food diet.
So Where Do I Get My Protein?
The green part of a plant contains the same, if not MORE protein, than meat and
other animal products. All vegan food contains protein but people have been
brainwashed into thinking that they need meat for their protein! Cashews and
nuts also contain protein, so do seeds, fruits, and other vegetables.
Interesting. I just researched and found out all this info recently. Humans can
live entirely on a plant-based diet. I will be posting more excellent
information on this topic soon.

HCG and Raw Food Diet - Day 3 Today I received full confirmation that calories do not count.
I lost another 1/2 pound today by simply altering Dr. Simeons original HCG
protocol which requires you to eat cooked meat to my raw vegan version. Dr.
Simeons was right about the hypothalamus being reset through the administration
of HCG but he got the diet part wrong. Eating a 500 calorie diet is NOT
required on the HCG protocol and I have proof. This is a list of what I ate
yesterday to obtain a 1/2 pound loss complete with the calorie count for each
individual item:
- 2 large glasses of Raw Green Smoothie - made with kale, 1 orange, 1 banana +
filtered water
(259 calories)
- 2 large apples (220 calories)
- 1/2 cup (1.5oz) raw cashews (236 calories)
- Guacamole - made with 1/2 avocado, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 tomato, 1/8 of an
onion, 1/2 hot pepper
(190 calories)
- Salsa - made with 1/2 tomato, 1/32 of an onion, 1/2 clove garlic, 2 sprigs
cilantro, 1/2 hot pepper
(35 calories)
- Salad - made with 3 leaves of lettuce, 1/4 red pepper, apple cider vinegar,
garlic salt, oregano
(26 calories)
TOTAL CALORIES = 966
So there you have it, I ate nearly double the calories of what Dr. Simeons
protocol requires and I still lost weight. Why? Because I ate high-quality, raw,
living foods and not dead animal carcasses and other animal products. I lost
more weight by eating more food which contained higher calories than I have been
losing on a strictly 500 calorie diet, even when that diet consisted of cooked
vegan food.
The facts are undeniable - calories do not count on a diet consisting of raw

HCG and Raw Food Diet - Day 2
After 4 days of my weight remaining
the same I decided to make another alteration to the HCG protocol. Like I said
yesterday, I first changed the protocol by substituting meat with (cooked) vegan
alternatives. My weight plateaued after 17 days and I didn’t really feel like
doing an apple day to kick-start my weight loss (as recommended by Dr. Simeons)
– boring! For those of you who don’t know what this is, an “apple day”
consists of eating only 6 apples a day whenever you’re feeling hungry along with
drinking unlimited amounts of water. I instead decided to substitute all cooked
vegan food with 100% RAW vegan. Presto! It worked because when I weighed myself
this morning I had dropped another 1/2 pound. Looks like I have a good thing
going here.
This is a list of what I ate yesterday to break my
stubborn plateau (all 100% organic of course):
- 2 large glasses of Raw Green Smoothie – made with
kale, 1 orange, and 1 banana + filtered water.
- 2 large apples.
- 1/2 cup raw cashews.
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded organic white cabbage
topped with apple cider vinegar, garlic salt, pepper, and
oregano.
Eating raw food makes you feel different. I felt satisfied and I felt clean
(“light” and toxin-free). I believe that if I continue to eat like this, even
after I complete the HCG protocol, all of my current health problems will be
non-existent within the next few months - maybe even weeks. I did some more
research on raw food today and found that the health benefits are by far greater
than anything else you could ever try on this planet. Our bodies are designed to
eat plants, not meat, folks. Animal products make us sick and clog up our
arteries. Our cells are constantly regenerating and it is impossible for our
bodies to function at its optimal level by feeding it with toxic waste. Did you
know that humans were meant to live well over 100 years but because we are
poisoning ourselves with meat and other animal products and using
chemical-filled personal care products (for example) the average life-span of a
human is now 70 to 80 years old? ATTENTION GIRLS!

Throw away your toxic chemical makeup and go out
and buy organic alternatives. I threw out hundreds of dollars worth of Mac and
Sephora makeup and went out and bought natural organic makeup. Also, it would be
a good idea to stop coloring or bleaching your hair. I’ve been coloring my hair
since the age of 13 but decided it would be a good idea to stop once I decided
to clear my house of all toxic materials and go organic. Eating clean organic
food whilst still continuing to color your hair and using fake makeup is NOT
natural. Stop kidding yourself.

I weighed myself this morning and was disappointed
to find that my weight hadn't dropped again. This is now the 4th day in a row
that my weight has remained the same. The last time I hit a plateau I decided to
give myself a colonic which worked because my weight dropped another pound. I
tried that again today but this time, nothing happened. So now, it's time to
move onto the next plan. I'm currently doing all the cleanses in Kevin Trudeau's
book so I know this has nothing to do with it. I can now either do an apple day
as outlined in Dr.Simeons original protocol or try something else. I'm the type
of person that would rather experiment and conduct research on my own to
discover new ways of doing things rather than to just "follow the herd".
I read a post about raw foods on another forum I post on so I decided to start researching more on the
subject. I've had raw foods a few times in the past but never in conjunction
with the HCG diet. Is this going to work? We'll see!
Like I said before, I only quit
eating meat this year. At first I was afraid that I wasn’t going to lose
anything because Dr. Simeons HCG protocol states that you should eat 100g of
meat twice a day. Anyway, I did, and it worked and now I want to try something
else. I’m going to go to the store today and buy a ton of organic green
vegetables and fruit. I want to see if substituting raw food in place of the
current cooked food I’m eating will make a difference in my weight loss. (I'm
currently substituting 100g of meat with either 1/2 cup cooked quinoa or 1 slice
of homemade Ezekiel bread which is a complete protein.) I stayed up for hours
last night researching into raw foods and watching YouTube videos and discovered
that there are a lot of people losing a TON of weight by eating raw foods.
Angela, above, lost 169lbs by switching to a raw vegan diet and "sejackson45"
below, lost over 100lbs. Maybe they're onto something here, what do you think?
If substituting meat for animal based protein on the protocol worked exactly the
same then switching to uncooked plant protein might work even better. I'm
going to try it and let everybody know how it goes. :)
