Go to this link for mixing instructions http://www.hcgfatloss.com/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=32. Also the kits are listed as 45 day because you need to skip 1 injection per week. You will actually be taking 40 injections total, which is why our kits only sell you 40, not 50 like the others do. We understand that you don't want to have a lot of leftover materials when you actually hit your goal weight.

I Just order my supplies on Monday and received them on Friday, that is fast

. I'm starting Phase 1 tomorrow. I also ordered my HCG, shoul get it in a couple of weeks.

Hi I'm obviously a newbie

Can someone tell me if these syringes are the IM or SQ?
I really think I can only handle SQ and I can't find the size on the site.

Can't remebmer about IM!

I go with SQ too, much easier and don't have to worry about as many air bubbles!
