Since we do not consume
animal products anymore we had to search for a suitable substitution for
Dr. Simeons HCG protocol. We did some
research and experimentation on ourselves while doing the HCG protocol and substituted
various foods in place of the 100 grams (3.5oz) of meat. We tried soy milk,
tofu, nuts, Ezekiel bread, cooked
quinoa, and after further research we
concluded that the
raw food diet was the best
substitution for meat. We have posted the reasons for it here, as well as
addressing the common concerns that most people would have about switching to a
raw food diet.
The main concerns for most
people considering switching to a raw vegan diet are protein and anemia. However
we found solutions for both of these problems using raw vegan food.
First we learned from the
book
Green For Life that greens actually contain more protein than any dead
animal flesh does. Therefore you will find that protein will not be a concern at
all on the raw food diet, in fact you will get more protein than you are used to
getting on your current diet.
Note: The nutritional
ratings for rotting animal corpses are also prior to cooking or digestion. You
have to figure a few other things into the equation before you fully understand
the differences in how your body truly absorbs nutrition. When you cook food it
removes about half of the nutritional content of the food. We also learned that
humans lack the digestive enzymes to break down animal flesh completely,
therefore you can cut the “nutritional rating” for eating it in half again. That
means when you choose to eat meat you are only getting about one fourth of the
nutrition that the label states. Then, add in the fact that the human digestive
tract is over 12 times longer than the height of the body compared to
carnivorous animals that have digestive tracts only 3 times longer than their
body. The body needs to expel the remains of animal flesh quicker than what the
human digestive tract is capable of. It actually ends up creating a breeding
ground for disease in the body. You can avoid all major diseases by switching to
a raw food diet. Dr. Max Gerson learned over 80 years ago that eating a high
nutrition raw vegan diet can cure cancer. It made such an impact on the medical
world, financially that is, that the information was banned from the U.S. in favor
of profitability.
The Gerson Institute has since moved to Mexico, and it is
currently run by his daughter Charlotte
Gerson.
Second, we learned about
super foods from David Wolfe and found out that things like Maca Root and
Nettle can cure anemia with their high iron content. Since these foods are best
consumed raw, you get the full benefit of these super foods and their natural
nutritional content.
Finally, raw food is best
because when you cook foods you remove over half of the nutritional content of
the food. Also, eating a diet containing more than 50% cooked foods will
actually be identified as toxic by the immune system. In fact, eating only 100 grams of cooked
meat is identified by the immune system as containing the same amount of
carcinogens as smoking 800 cigarettes! This adds a huge workload to the immune
system and makes it much more difficult to fight disease. The immune system can
naturally cure any disease; it just needs to get the toxins out of the way
followed by an increase of the proper vitamins, nutrients and minerals.
How This Fits With The HCG Protocol
Dr. Simeons did many great things in his life, one of which was discovering one
of the keys to how the body naturally controls body fat with the brain. He
discovered how the Hypothalamus Gland uses the natural hormone HCG to regulate
body fat, and he went on to create the greatest weight loss protocol ever
devised by man. However, Dr. Simeons did not have access to the research that Dr
Max Gerson was doing at about the time with raw food. I believe he would have
come to the same conclusions we did had he lived long enough to research a more
effective raw vegan HCG protocol.

Important
Update For Those With Stalled Weight Loss On HCG!
I found that my weight loss slowed down and completely stopped
after a while, even on the vegan protocol, so it was
time to step it up to the next level. Being vegetarian
or vegan does not mean you are healthy! I know lots of
vegans who are fat.
I started researching
more about a
raw food diet
and a light bulb went off in my head. Parasites, candida
yeast overgrowth, and every other disease in the world
that contributes to weight gain and disease is caused by
a nutritional deficiency in the body. This deficiency is
caused through the consumption of chemical-filled
processed foods, meat, animal products, and COOKED
FOOD!! Cooking food kills the nutrients in it. Eating
DEAD food does nothing for your body. Dead food is
nutrient-deficient so it makes complete sense that we
should be eating raw LIVING FOODS, as it is found in
nature, to give our body all the nourishment it needs.
Humans are the only life-form on this planet that cook
their food and are also the only animals that get
cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc. and are obese.
(except for animals that are fed by man of course).
There are people in the world that are living to 120 or
even 150 years old, and they don't cook their food.
Meat, pasta, bread, and cereal are dead foods. Do a
little experiment: Plant a steak or a box of cereal in
the ground and see what grows.
Flushing the toxins out of your body
and feeding it with nutrient-rich foods is the way to
go. Switch to a raw food diet and you will lose weight,
reverse aging, live longer, and never get sick again.

The HCG Vegan Raw Food Diet Protocol - Phase 1
Major Cleansing And
Detoxification
The main thing you need to start with is cleansing. We have found that many
people are in a major rush to start injecting HCG but they are really just
wasting their time and money. I don’t think we can stress enough how important
it is to get the toxins out of the body first.
"You can’t have two things in the same space at the same time. You need to get
the toxins out in order to make room for the nutrition to get in there”, says
Charlotte Gerson in the movie
Food
Matters.
People need to realize that this cleansing phase should be done for at
least 6
months, and you will lose weight while doing it. Don’t shortcut the shortcut, do it
right the first time. It will be far more effective that way. When people skip
the cleansing part they typically do not lose as much weight or they tend to
gain it back. They lack the education about nutrition to lose weight faster and
keep it off permanently.
The main parts to detoxification are very cheap and easy to do at home. We are
constantly looking for cheaper, easier and more effective ways to detoxify your
body. These are the best methods that we have found with our research:
1. You need to drink lots of water. It needs to be purified spring water or distilled
water. Make sure there is also no fluoride
in the water.
2. You need to get a juicer or high speed blender like the Vita-Mix and drink fresh juices and/or
green smoothies to increase the nutrients and vitamins in the body.
3. Enemas - I know this is a nasty subject, but let’s cut through the crap and
get to it. Your colon is a major factor in your body’s ability to digest food.
Things have to keep moving through your colon or it will rot and allow disease
to grow. Nobody wants to get sick, so get the toxins out through your bowels. David
Wolfe’s cousin lost over 15lbs in one day by drinking water and doing enemas.
This is not a typical result, but it does illustrate how well it can work. While
doing enemas, the best thing you can put in there is organic coffee or chamomile
tea. The antioxidants and caffeine will trade places directly in the liver with the
toxins that were loosened up by drinking water, juices and smoothies.
4. Take 4 drops of oregano with 20-30 drops of olive leaf oil twice a day in a small
amount of water; this combination will rid your body of
Candida Yeast
Overgrowth.
5. For a parasite cleanse you need to take something with wormwood.
Dr. Natura
products contain this. You can also use a Terminator Zapper (or
Terminator Mini Zapper, AKA Mini Silver
Terminator).
6. Liver and kidney cleanses can be done by drinking green smoothies (read more below
on how to make them).
7. Avoid cell phones, TVs, microwaves, fluorescent lights, etc. to stop radiation
sickness. You may want to look into personal EMF protection as well.
8. For a heavy metal cleanse consume juices and smoothies with wheatgrass.
BREAKFAST:
Beverages:
Water is a must. Drink at least 1-2
liters of water upon waking and before consuming anything else. This simple
procedure aids in the detoxification process and makes weight loss go quicker.
You may then consume tea in any quantity without sugar. Stevia may be used as a
sweetener.
Food:
Eat basically anything that you are
hungry for that is raw vegan. Your body will naturally crave certain foods, so
listen to your body. It is actually looking for nutritional content, not taste
like people think. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so make sure
you eat something nutritious. If time is a factor, then make a green smoothie.
Green smoothies are nutritious, delicious, and very quick to make, in about 5
minutes you can have enough for a couple meals for the day to take with you.
Here is one example which is good for 2 servings: 1 banana, 1 orange, 1
handful of goji berries or 1 apple, 1/8 cup flaxseeds, 2-3 leaves of romaine
lettuce, 2-3 leaves of kale, 1 leaf of chard, a handful of spinach and a handful
of wheatgrass.
LUNCH:
You could have another green smoothie or try one of the raw food recipes on our
site or on our
forum.
Also, drink more water, at least another liter.
DINNER:
The same choices as lunch.

BREAKFAST:
Water is a must.
Drink at least 1-2 liters of water
before consuming anything else. This
simple procedure aids in the
detoxification process and makes
weight loss faster. You may then
consume tea in any quantity without
sugar. Stevia may be used as a
sweetener.
Take an injection of
250IUs of HCG.
Eat an apple or an orange or a
handful of strawberries or one-half
grapefruit between breakfast and
lunch time.

DINNER : The same choices as
lunch.
Eat an
apple or an orange or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit between
lunch and dinner time.
Tea, filtered, spring, or mineral
water are the only drinks allowed,
but they may be taken in any
quantity and at all times.
Drink
about 1/2 gallon (2 liters) to a
gallon (4 liters) of these fluids
per day. Many people are afraid to
drink so much because they fear that
this may make them retain more
water. This is a wrong notion as the
body is more inclined to store water
when the intake falls below its
normal requirements.
No medicines or cosmetics other than
lipstick, eyebrow pencil and powder
made with natural ingredients may
be used.
Every item in the list is gone over
carefully, continually stressing the point that no variations other than those
listed may be introduced. All things not listed are forbidden.
It should also be mentioned that two
small apples weighing as much as one
large one never the less have a
higher caloric value and are
therefore not allowed though there
is no restriction on the size of one
apple. Some people do not realize
that a tangerine is not an orange.
Vitamins and Anemia
Sooner or later most patients
express a fear that they may be
running out of vitamins or that the
restricted diet may make them
anemic. On this score the physician
can confidently relieve their
apprehension by explaining that
every time they lose a pound of
fatty tissue, which they do almost
daily, only the actual fat is burned
up; all the vitamins, the proteins,
the blood, and the minerals which
this tissue contains in abundance
are fed back into the body.
Actually, a low blood count not due
to any serious disorder of the blood
forming tissues improves during
treatment, and we have never
encountered a significant protein
deficiency nor signs of a lack of
vitamins in patients who are dieting
regularly.

Isn't it true that
you have to eat meat in order to get

No. Many green vegetables, nuts, beans, seeds,
and other super foods etc.

Ok, so you can get
protein without eating meat, but
what if the person lives an active
life? Will there be enough protein
to support the energy levels without
eating meat?
There are more and more raw vegan
bodybuilders all the time as people
learn about nutrition. One of the
earliest was George Hackenschmidt.

In weightlifting
circles he is perhaps best known for
“his” version of the squat called
“hack squats”. This is where the
barbell is held behind the thighs.
Back in 1902 he did 550 consecutive
reps with 110lbs in this difficult
style. He was only 5’9” and only
weighed 200lbs, but set many records
in weight lifting at the time. Pound
for pound he was one of the
strongest men to ever live. By the
age of 18 he could lift over 200lbs
over his head with only one hand! He
went on to set the world record for
one arm lifts with 269lbs in 1898.
He was also a champion wrestler and
fighter. He won over 3,000 bouts
between 1889 and 1908, and that was
in Roman Greco Wrestling (1901 world
champion), full contact fighting
(called MMA today) and in Pro
Wrestling. He was also known for
being able to pick up a horse and
carry it on his back! He attributed
his longevity and ability to keep
working out into old age from his
raw food diet. Switching from meat
at the age of 20 allowed him to
continue to bench press reps of
150lbs at the age of 90.
Also consider the fact that a
gorilla can bench press about
4,000lbs. The strongest animals on
the planet get their protein from
greens. Chimpanzees look small, but
they can actually rip a car door off
of its hinges, can you do that?
