Sandy found Steve on MySpace back in January, 2008
by searching for friends using the keyword HCG. At the time
they both doing
Dr. Simeons HCG protocol
as written about in Kevin Trudeau's book, "Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About". Sandy had just started
Phase 2 of the HCG protocol, while Steve was doing an extended version of
Phase 1.
Steve was doing the extended version of Phase 1 for 6 months for two reasons.
First, he wanted to make sure that did a complete and thorough Candida cleanse
as he was on a tight budget at the time and he wanted to make sure that the HCG
would be 100% effective by removing all of the chemicals and toxins from his
body. This was a rather large concern since most of the clinics he had contacted
would have cost him thousands. That simply was not in his budget. Steve was nearing the end of
the 6 months and still could not find a cheaper way of getting HCG. He was actually
considering continuing Phase 1 of the HCG diet protocol
for a little while longer until he
could afford that. That is when Sandy first
emailed Steve.
Steve was in the process of closing his MySpace profile when Sandy
first emailed him. Close call, they almost didn't meet, but that wouldn't have
been the first time. I will explain that more later.
Sandy was on
Phase 2 of the
HCG diet, and on the HCG injection and VLCD part of the HCG
protocol. Sandy immediately told Steve about where he could
buy HCG . This
was just the answer Steve was looking for. Now think about the timing of that
situation for a moment. Steve was in the middle of closing his account when
Sandy emailed him. They would have missed each other. Sandy actually only
decided to email Steve because his face looked familiar to her. The discussion
went into more detail as they discussed that Sandy was born in Australia, and
moved to the U.S. back in the summer of 1999. Steve was born in Minnesota, joined
the U.S. Air Force, lived in Texas, Germany, Texas (again), Las Vegas and back to
Minnesota. Sandy said that she lived in Las Vegas as well and it turns out it was
during the exact same 3 year time period! They grew excited trying to figure out
this strange mystery of where they knew each other from, and if they had ever
actually met in person before. They began to talk about where they lived,
worked, etc. Neither could place where they would have met before because they
had such different backgrounds at that time. After trying to figure it out for
awhile, Steve asked Sandy what the address of the place where she worked at was, she couldn't remember it exactly,
but it was on Valley View. The place Steve worked at was about 3 blocks north of the Rio. Sandy said that her work was a couple
of miles from the Rio.
Steve ordered his HCG, but since he does not really believe in using banks
unless you have to, he paid for it with a money order. The money order had to be
sent internationally and when the HCG clinic received it they said
they couldn't accept it. When Sandy heard about it, she immediately offered to
send some to him to help him get started on his
Phase 2.
Steve had a history of getting a bit offended when somebody tried to give him
something for free, but he decided not to this time and accept the gift because
he was so intrigued by her. Both of
them reached out of their
comfort zones at this time and did something they normally wouldn't do just to
keep their online connection going. This was just the beginning of something
between them.
Steve began his HCG and lost an amazing 44 pounds (20kg) during his first cycle
and Sandy lost an incredible 27.5 pounds (12.5kg)! Both had lost enough that
they were contacted by the Mike and Juliet Show to make an appearance at the end
of April for the "Mike and Juliet HCG Show". Sandy declined immediately
figuring that it would be censored for television and knew that you wouldn't be
able to
talk about any real facts on the show anyway. Steve continued to confirm that he would
be on the show until the moment when they finally answered his question about
what he would really be able to say - He would not be able to speak the full truth about HCG.

Sandy was about to begin her second HCG cycle, and Steve was just starting
Phase 3 at the end of April.
They both had been talking about meeting
for some time at this point to see if there might be some real chemistry between
them in real life. Steve with his bags packed, but no longer going to the show,
had already scheduled a ride to take him to the airport, but instead of just
staying home, Sandy had a different idea. She asked him if he had canceled his
ride to the airport or not yet, just as he was about to call to cancel it. She
said she had made up her mind and that she wanted to meet him. She told him that she
bought a ticket and it would be waiting for him at the counter. Another big step
for the couple to take.
This was an extremely big thing for Sandy as she suffered from PMDD, and it was
that time of the month. Steve welcomed the timing because he figured that if
they would get along when she was at her worst, then imagine how much better things
would be the rest of the month. Things weren't perfect, but there was a very
strong connection felt between the two and they fell in love. Steve did not take
a flight back to Minnesota, but rather made arrangements to move to California.
This was a major thing for him because after he got divorced back in 2001, he never
allowed himself to be in a relationship again until he found the perfect woman.
Sandy had also been divorced in 2001. She swore she would never get
married
again, making marriage a difficult subject for the couple. Sandy knew they were
going to be together forever anyway, so they drove to Las Vegas and got married
on May 31, 2008.
They both went on continuing to lose weight with HCG since getting married. Steve
has shattered his original goal of reaching 180 pounds (81.8kg) and now weighs 169
pounds (and he's still losing at the time this was written!). Sandy, on the other hand,
has lost more weight since her first cycle, but then unexpectedly encountered a problem. She followed every step listed in Kevin Trudeau's
Phase 1 of
the HCG protocol, with the exception of buying an infrared sauna. After a ton of
research and nearly being pushed to the point of giving up on HCG because of
the problems she was encountering, the answer was found. Sandy had never "passed" the
Candida Yeast Overgrowth
home test. She still had a Candida problem that should have been corrected back
during
Phase 1! The problem was later
identified and connected to Sandy's PMDD and she immediately started an extensive Candida cleanse. The Candida
cure is not an overnight one but at least things were going in the right
direction now. Doing a Candida cleanse dramatically helped with not only cutting
down her food cravings, but also lessening her PMDD symptoms. Sandy is now also
continuing to lose weight and will reach her goal by the end of the year.

include finding your soul mate while taking injections or falling in love while
on the VLCD.
